HyperHelp is a full-featured, hypertext-based help facility for UNIX.HyperHelp provides sophisticated on-line, context sensitive functionalitythrough a simple HyperHelp(TM), by Bristol Technology, is an online helpfacility for UNIX and OpenVMS applications. HyperHelp allows you to addcontext-sensitive help to your applications via a simple, yet powerful,one-line function call. HyperHelp is the equivalent of the MicrosoftWindows 95 Help system. HyperHelp can use the same RTF, project andgraphic files as Microsoft Windows Help, thus allowing for single sourcehelp files and cross-platform consistency in look-and feel. Like theMicrosoft Help facility, HyperHelp consists of a compiler and a viewer.In addition to the RTF input files, the HyperHelp Compiler supportsFrameMaker MIF files, SGML and HTML files as input. The HyperHelp Viewerfunctions just like the Microsoft Windows 95 viewer, with features suchas jumps, pop-up definitions, keyword searches, browsing, history,segmented bitmaps and a rich macro language.
